Like many new settling families in Australia, ours story begins with a direct connection to the land. We respect and appreciate the first custodians of these lands and do our best to care for it. The first Australians understand the importance of connection to earth and how vital it is to our survival - we do our best to keep this importance front of mind in everything we do. 

 

The first family farm was in Victoria, and with a growing family full of sons, it became clear that more land was needed to divide between them. The decision was made to move West, all the way to Kojonup, in Western Australia. Here, land was purchased to enable the division for each of the sons to receive a parcel to work themselves. Some of these properties are still in the family to this day.

With families joining together as they do, this is where the story takes us to sunny Queensland. It is here amongst the Glasshouse Mountains that the Stretch Family grows their produce and hangs out with some sheep and bees. With now three generations living and working on the farm, it is a family business in every sense. We strive to grow the best quality produce while maintaining the connection to the earth, while responsibly caring for it. We employ the principals of natural farming while working towards being part of the solution for a better tomorrow. On any given day you will find us on the farm doing what we love and we hope that you enjoy what we produce as much as we enjoyed growing it!
